MADE is Tameside Council’s strategic delivery partner and master developer for Godley Green. Together, Tameside and MADE are working with landowners and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive master development strategy for the site.​

Avison Young are the planning and EIA consultants leading the outline planning application process and supporting the preparation of Reserved Matters applications. They are coordinating inputs from across the wider project team.

Brookbanks is managing the engineering, infrastructure, and technical work for the project, including access, utilities, drainage and environmental strategy.

Cushman & Wakefield is providing viability advice and land value expertise, helping to ensure the long-term deliverability of the Garden Village.

TEP is undertaking ecological and arboricultural  surveys and and providing environmental advice to inform the planning process and ensure biodiversity is protected and enhanced across the site.

Hyas is providing strategic project co-ordination across planning, engagement and technical workstreams. They also support communication, landowner liaison, long term stewardship and delivery preparation.

Cumming Group is acting as cost and delivery advisors, supporting the preparation of cost plans, infrastructure phasing, and delivery programming.

ADAS is carrying out archaeological and  geophysical surveys to support the technical evidence base for the historic environment for planning and design.

Rodgers Leask is investigating the ground conditions to inform design of the development using borehole and trial pits across the site.
